Responsibilities:
Monitor and follow up on the status of open sales orders.
Update records of incoming COD (Cash on Delivery) receipts.
Provide support to the Commercial Team on sales and billing-related matters.
Ensure timely invoicing of all delivered sales orders.
Assist in retrieving Accounts Receivable documentation to during year end audit process.
Follow up timely and resolve any disputes or discrepancies related to billing matters.
Prepare and update weekly reports on the status of unbilled delivered sales orders.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of working experience in the related field.
Possess a NITEC/ Diploma or equivalent.
Team player with good working attitude.
Attention to detail and data entry skills.
Proficient in MS Office.
Salary: Basic up to $2,800 + AWS + VB
Time: Monday - Friday (8.30am to 5pm) and Saturday (8.30am to 12pm), 5.5 days' work week & alternate Saturdays
Location: Pioneer Sector
