Responsibilities:

• Manage project scope through a structured change management process with stakeholder approval.

• Establish the project structure and form the project team.

• Lead and coordinate both internal and external project team members.

• Identify and assess potential project risks.

• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.

• Proactively escalate and communicate issues as they arise.

• Apply appropriate and effective project management methodologies.

• Develop high-level and detailed project plans, including WBS, resource allocation, timelines, dependencies, and ownership.

• Conduct regular stakeholder meetings to ensure alignment and continuous communication of requirements.

• Prioritize tasks efficiently while managing constraints and limitations.

Additional Information:

• Minimum Diploma in IT with at least 3 years of experience in IT project management.

• Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, Scrum) is an added advantage.

• Strong experience or knowledge in IT infrastructure implementation (e.g., Linux, Storage, Network, Virtualization, Security, Kubernetes).

• Proven experience in client-facing roles.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with customers, team members, and stakeholders.

• Ability to make objective, informed, and collaborative decisions.

• Strong critical thinking skills for issue and conflict resolution.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to adapt to changing project needs and environments.
