TCM Therapist

Job Scope:

• Provide manual therapy such as tuina, sports massage, and other traditional modalities.

• Apply physiotherapy knowledge where applicable to support holistic patient care.

• Maintain accurate treatment records and uphold high clinical standards.

• Assist with the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent patient service.

• Work well with clinic team, ensuring a clean, organized, and professional environment.

• Build strong rapport with clients and provide follow-up care as needed.

• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.

• Support business growth through service recommendations, patient retention efforts, and client satisfaction initiatives.
  
  

Salary:

• Basic Salary: SGD 3,000 – SGD 3,500

• Commission

Working hours:

·        6 days per week

·        Working Hours: 9:00am - 9:00pm (including 2 hours break)

·        5 off days per month, 11 Public Holidays

Requirements:

• Degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) or Physiotherapy (with willingness to undergo training in TCM practices)

• Fresh graduates are welcome.

• At least 1–2 years of relevant clinical experience preferred.

• Strong interpersonal skills and patient-centered approach.

• Passionate and willing to learn

• Good working attitude
