Architectural Technical Coordinator

Salary : $3,800 - $4,500

Working hour : Mon to Fri 9am to 6pm
Location : Tai Seng

Job description:

* Develop and review architectural technical details and construction drawings.

* Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure alignment in project execution.

* Ensure all documentation adheres to prevailing Codes of Practice, Standards, and Regulations (CSR).

* Prepare and manage submissions to local authorities, ensuring timely approvals.

* Support BIM-related tasks and collaborate in BIM coordination workflows.

* Maintain accuracy in CAD drawings and participate in detail development phases.

Requirements:

* Degree in Architecture or a related field.

* 3–4 years of relevant architectural technical coordination experience.

* Strong knowledge of architectural detailing and technical construction methods.

* Proficient in AutoCAD and BIM software.

* Well-versed in Building Codes, Standards & Regulations in Singapore.

* Meticulous, with strong attention to detail and a collaborative team player.

* Familiarity with the authority submission process including URA, BCA, SCDF, etc.
