Responsibility:
Lead, mentor, and develop the Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), and Non-Destructive Examination (NDE) teams to foster a high-performance, quality-focused culture.
Perform contract reviews to evaluate quality requirements and ensure alignment with customer and project specifications.
Ensure timely and accurate submission of documentation in accordance with customer specifications and contractual obligations.
Oversee compliance with Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Third-Party Inspection (TPI) requirements, and customer specifications throughout the production lifecycle.
Participate in the Material Review Board (MRB) meeting to assess and disposition of non-conforming products and materials.
Address and resolve customer complaints related to product quality, ensuring effective root cause analysis and timely implementation of corrective actions.
Manage and control calibration programs to ensure measurement equipment and gauges are consistently accurate and up to date.
Conduct performance appraisals, provide regular coaching, and identify training and development opportunities for all quality department personnel.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas Industry, with at least 3 years in leadership capacity
Knowledge in QMS and API Q1
Experience with Machining and NDE methods
