Key Responsibilities:
• Project Deployment (External Projects)
• Oversee full lifecycle management of external security system deployment projects.
• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of system installations, integrations, and testing.
• Guide PMs in developing project schedules, scope definitions, and stakeholder communications.
• Ensure timely delivery, cost control, and compliance with safety and technical standards.
Maintenance Management (Internal & External)
• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance across all deployed systems, including both standalone and unified platforms.
• Ensure high system availability and compliance with SLA obligations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee escalation handling and root cause analysis for complex issues.
• Continuously improve maintenance workflows, reporting accuracy, and platform performance monitoring.
Team Management & Leadership
• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team comprising:
o Project Managers (PMs) – for project oversight
o Project Engineers (PEs) – for implementation and documentation
o Engineers (Es) – for configuration, testing, and support
o Technicians – for field installation and maintenance
• Provide mentorship, technical guidance, and clear direction to the team.
• Conduct performance reviews and identify training needs to support career growth and team capability development.
Operational & Technical Excellence
• Standardize deployment and maintenance processes across different project sites.
• Ensure adherence to cybersecurity and regulatory compliance for all systems, especially when integrated under a unified platform.
• Recommend system enhancements or upgrades to align with emerging threats and technologies.
• Support solution design and feasibility studies during pre-sales engagements.
Stakeholder Communication & Reporting
• Serve as the primary point of contact for escalations and high-level coordination with clients.
• Prepare and present project updates, risk reports, and performance dashboards to senior management.
• Coordinate with procurement for timely acquisition of hardware, software, and services.
Requirements:
• Degree or Diploma in Information Technology
• 6–8 years of experience in security systems deployment and maintenance, with 3–5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong experience in Milestone, HIK, CCTV & Door access system.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale projects and maintenance contracts.
• Strong leadership, project management, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• PMP, ITIL, or equivalent certifications preferred.
