Contract Duration: 1 Year (Convertible to PERM)
Working Hour:
Monday – Friday: 08:30am to 05:30pm
Job Scope:
Assist Executive in Go-Live Preparation activities such as update work instructions and participate in site setup and full-dress rehearsals.
Perform counter duties such as application of medical records, registration of elective admissions, general admission queries, referrals to Medical Social Services and etc.
Manage patient / Next of Kin’s feedback and enquiries.
Provide information and concierge service.
Ensure all information is kept confidential, compliance of work policies, procedures and internal control.
Reconcile daily monetary transactions.
Lead quality improvement projects and initiatives.
Promote use of automated or self-help services.
Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum GCE O-Level qualification with 1–2 years of customer service experience.
Prior experience in a Specialist Outpatient Clinic or related healthcare setting preferred.
Comfortable using mobile apps, web services, and other digital communication platforms.
Strong commitment to service excellence, with the ability to proactively identify and meet customer needs.
Physically fit and able to handle long periods of standing/walking.
