About the role

This is a 1 year contract role for a Helpdesk Support Engineer based in Ang Mo Kio. We are seeking an Associate Engineer role to support in IT helpdesk technical support and assistance in our day-to-day training to trainees.

What we offer

• Basic salary up to $3800 (depend on experience)

• Mobile Claims capped at $50

• Upon end of contract, performance bonus up to 1 month basic salary subject to performance and recommendation by PM/RO

What we're looking for

• Singaporean (Need to clear mandatory pre-employment check)

• Min Nitec in IT related field

• At least 1 year of proven experience as a helpdesk or technical support in IT

• Mandatory Skills in Customer Relationship Management

• Demonstrated experience in projects is crucial

• Communication and organizational skills

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• Customer service experience
