Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Officer - Customer Technical Services based in Tuas. The individual will be responsible for managing day-to-day on trade draught beer operations, including handling technical & product complaints, ensuring company's assets are maintained in market by service providers, and facilitating smooth execution to customers' premises. Other responsibilities include draught beer quality auditing, training with internal and external stakeholders in draught beer operations and supporting workshop repairs and inventory management. Provide technical support to APBS Sales & Marketing teams required by the outlets/events
Advise customers on draught beer systems related matters; installation and sanitation services
Plan daily activities for contractor, pertaining to installation, equipment withdrawal, upgrading of draught equipment and others as requested from Sales teams and external customers
Monitor & control the sanitation servicing team on daily servicing to APBS’s draught beer dispense systems and audit their performance on monthly basis
Support the department in major events; Singapore Sports Hub, Singapore GP F1 and etc
Weekend support and technical standby for major events
Conduct draught beer equipment inspection in draught outlets
Supervise the servicing agents when carrying out sanitation program within the specify time frame
Audit servicing agents in outlets to ensure sanitation procedure is strictly adhered
Initiate upgrading of equipment
Conduct Competency check on contractors’ technicians
Train technicians with new skill to carry out work effectively
Consider all safety aspects during every job execution
Conduct on the job training for outlets’ bar staff
Train the bar staffs to make sure they understand the functionalities of the draught beer equipment
To educate bar staff in servicing quality beer in correct glassware and correct beer pouring techniques
Respond to all complaint calls by the contractors and in order
Consolidate monthly complaint statistics
Qualifications
Analytical Skills and ability to analyze trade data
Experience in managing contractors/technicians
Excellent Communication skills for effective coordination
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Able to work independently
Ability to work on-site in Tuas
May require to work on weekends during major events
Diploma or ITE in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
Experienced in fridges and air-conditioning MRO will be added advantage
Must possess a valid Class 3 driving license and a vehicle
