Project Engineer (FMCS/BMS) - #1097035

The Role

 You will be responsible for managing FMCS / BMS project execution in terms of scope, cost, schedule and quality and ensuring the completion of all projects meet internal & external parties' satisfaction. Constantly update the status of the project to the management.

 Your Key Responsibilities

· Assist Manager in Project Planning, Budget Cost Control and execution of Project

· Ensure timely handover (delivery) of project while maintaining high quality standard of optimum cost (cost effectiveness)

· Resolve technical issues relating to installation, commissioning and testing

· Provide clear and timely communication to project team members and client stakeholders regarding project expectations

· Provide suggestion or approaches to end user to secure variation order

 Your Skills

· Able to work independently and with tight deadlines

· Good written and communication skills

· Excellent problem solving and organization skills

 Your Profile

· Diploma / Degree in Automation & Control or equivalent

· Knowledge of data center and/or other mission critical facilities design, operation and maintenance would be an advantage

· Knowledge of HVAC Control Applications, Building Management Systems and Electrical Power Management Systems.

· Familiar with BCA/NEA requirements.

· Willing to travel within Singapore and ASEAN countries
