You will provide secretarial / administrative duties in support to the CHRO and the recruitment activities of the confidential staff and performs liaison functions to ensure smooth information flow within the Division and/or with the relevant Hospital Divisions/departments and external organisations.
Job requirements
- Diploma, preferably in HRM
- At least 2 years of HR and secretary experience
- Proficient in MS applications e.g. Word, Excel and Power point
- Detailed, meticulous and able to communicate effectively.
- Able to work in a fast-pace environment.
