Summary
We are seeking a professional Sales Executive to join us in driving sales and providing customers with a premium shopping experience.
Job Responsibilities
Develop a deep and clear understanding of the company’s range of products and be able to communicate the information to customers clearly
Drive sales and maintain a high level of customer service standards
Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and a problem solving attitude
Prepare quotation, invoices and delivery orders
Maintain the company’s inventory and order trackers to ensure that they are accurate and up to date
Handle scheduling of deliveries for customers’ orders
Company website review and updating to ensure that the information available online is accurate (e.g. production dimensions, stock availability)
Handle basic documentation and record keeping (e.g. invoices and expense trackers)
Requirements
At least 1-2 years of proven experience in lifestyle / luxury retail and customer service, preferably in the furniture industry
Energetic and self-motivated with a positive mindset
Professionalism and attention to detail
Good communication skills and email/text/telephone etiquette
Strong command of the English language, written and spoken
Strong organization skills and ability to multi-task
Adaptability and willingness to learn
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, Google Workspace tools
Working Hours
On-site
5 or 6 day week, 9:30am - 7:00pm
Ability to work retail hours (i.e. including weekends and public holidays) is essential
