About the role
Spa & Wellness Attendant
The Spa & Wellness Attendant is an integral part of the Spa and Club. The Spa & Wellness Attendant maintains the cleanliness of the locker room, fitness and pool areas, provides guests with a fitness and locker room orientation
What you will do:
Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure all public areas, including the fitness center, pool, and recreation areas, are kept clean and tidy.
Supply Management: Regularly check and maintain adequate supplies of cups, towels, and water in the recreation area.
Restroom and Shower Maintenance: Keep the restrooms and showers in the fitness, pool, and recreation areas spotless and well-maintained.
Towel Management: Obtain, fold, and stack towels according to company procedures, ensuring they are always available for guest use.
Guest Services: Distribute lockers and towels to guests, providing them with a seamless experience.
Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory checks of supplies, materials, and equipment, notifying your supervisor/manager of any low supply items.
Guest Assistance: Provide information to guests about available recreation facilities and activities, ensuring they have everything they need for a pleasant experience.
What you bring:
Preferably with Diploma in Hospitality or its equivalent
One (1) year of relevant experience within Four Seasons (or a top luxury group) is considered an asset
Curiosity and interest in the luxury market; Guest-centricity and understanding the importance of guest preferences
Pleasant disposition with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Service oriented team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
High standards of hygiene is mandatory
Kindly note that due to work visa restrictions, the position is open to Singaporeans only

Schedule & Hours:
This position requires a person with a flexible schedule and the ability to work on a rotating shift basis, including weekends, and public holidays.
