Job Responsibilities:
- Perform professional technical repairs and servicing of luxury watches in adherence to service delivery standards
- Perform technical evaluation to identify the service needed
- Perform quality control checks
- Responsible for the quality of the watches repaired and servicing
- Polishing of cases and bracelets
- Perform the required technical intervention agreed with the customer, such as change, maintenance service, complete service or other types of interventions
- Follow up and manage technical documentation, consolidating technical issues
- Work with technicians to complete all requests for polishing and maintenance jobs
Job Requirements:
- Minimum GCE 'N' / 'O' Level or Certificate of Competency in watch repair or any other relevant courses
- At least 3 years of experience in watch repairs and servicing
- Possess great learning attitude with a pleasant personality
- Keen in watch repair or watch care services industry
- Diligent, strong work ethics and meticulous
