Customer Service Officer (Beauty Retail) - #1096968

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction: Serve as the first point of contact (phone, email, chat, digital, in-person). Provide accurate product/policy info and handle inquiries/complaints professionally. Escalate complex issues to management.

• Order & Service Management: Process refunds, exchanges, and orders efficiently. Track service requests for timely resolution. Coordinate with logistics, sales, and technical teams to fulfill customer needs.

• Experience Improvement: Gather customer feedback and report trends. Proactively suggest process improvements. Maintain a positive and empathetic customer approach.

• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of interactions/transactions. Prepare performance reports and assist in compiling feedback for analysis.

• Training & Compliance: Stay updated on company products/policies. Ensure compliance with guidelines. Participate in relevant training.

• Flexibility: Ability to work overtime, weekends, and retail hours when required.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar customer service/relations role. Industry experience is a plus.

• Skills: Proficient in PC skills (Outlook, Excel).

Advantageous: Course certifications in customer service or sales.
