• Position            : Retail Associate (Mid-Tier Jewellery) – Basic $2,500 + Commission   

• Location            : Orchard (ION/Takashimaya/Wisma Atria)  

• Working hours       :6 Days Shift Work | 10am - 7pm OR 11am - 8pm 

• Salary (commensurate with experience)          : Up to Basic $2,500 + $75 Allowance + Commission of Average $300 - $1000 or more + OT Payable (Only during Busy Period) + 12 Days Annual Leave + Medical Benefits + Staff discounts

• Duration            : Permanent

Main Responsibilities:

• Engagement with customers, suggestive selling and sharing product knowledge.

• Provide prompt and efficient service to all customers.

• Handle customer complaints, repairs, servicing and after sales services.

• Monitor and manage inventory, including receiving of stocks and merchandise.

• Manage cash for cash transactions

• Prepare Daily Sales Report for submission to head office.

• Share customer feedback with the Retail Store Manager.

Requirements:

• Preferably with 1–2 years of retail sales or customer service.

• Flexibility to work various shifts.

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese customers who can converse in Mandarin only.
