Handling all inbound/ outbound calls.
Provides accurate information on all general enquiries pertaining to the hotel.
Facilitate and ensure smooth delivery of guests' requests.
Follow up on telephone faults.
Requirements:
Prior experience is not required.
Service Oriented
Individual should be willing to work 03 rotating shifts (morning, afternoon and midnight, including weekends and public holidays in a 5-day work week
