 Responsibilities:
1. Develop and track the implementation of annual and monthly business plans for various restaurants in the Singapore market to ensure the achievement of business plans for restaurants in the jurisdiction.
2. Based on financial data and restaurant operating opportunities, work together with the restaurant to develop, implement, and track profit improvement plans to increase restaurant profits.
3. Through daily inspections, ensure the continuous and stable output of restaurant QA (food safety) and QSC (quality, service, cleanliness), and propose improvement plans for problems and track them.
4. Complete the training and reserve of restaurant talent pool in the jurisdiction, as well as personnel assessment,
5. Reasonable personnel allocation between stores within the region to ensure the normal operation of all stores in the region.
6. According to the company's financial system, strictly supervise the implementation and safe circulation of cash policies in restaurants within the jurisdiction.
7. Conduct analysis of business districts within the jurisdiction and market research on competitors, assist the company in conducting comprehensive market analysis and feasibility studies to identify expansion opportunities and enhance brand awareness.

Qualifications / Skills:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 10 years of experience in the catering industry and at least 2 years of experience in managing multiple chain restaurants;
2. Strong sense of purpose, adept at discovering and solving problems through systems and data;
3. Good communication and cross departmental coordination skills, strong resilience to pressure;
4. Familiar with the Singapore market, familiar with local policies, systems, and customs, with certain network resources in the area, can help the company quickly build an operational team in the local area.
5. Passionate about the catering industry, experience in managing multiple stores in large chain restaurants such as McDonald's and KFC is preferred.
6.Proficient in Chinese, able to communicate and read in Chinese.
