Quantity Surveyor - #1096928

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform quantity take-offs and prepare BQ for procurement and tendering purposes.

• Compile tender documents and manage the quotation calling process.

• Proficient in using PDF tools and AutoCAD for accurate measurements and quantity extraction.

• Collaborate effectively with colleagues and demonstrate strong team spirit.

• Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary data and technical specifications for procurement activities.

• Assist the Manager or Senior Quantity Surveyor in preparing cost analysis, cost estimation, budgeting, and contract documentation.

• Prepare and process payment responses to suppliers and subcontractors in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) act.

• Perform any other ad hoc duties as required.

Job Requirements:

• Possess a Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or equivalent.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and PDF software for quantity take-off and measurements.

• Minimum 1–3 years of procurement-related role or construction background is preferred.

• Strong understanding of tendering, costing, and contract documentation processes.

• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
