Responsibilities:
Data entry for all the accounts payable/accounts receivable invoices and ensure that invoices are recorded using the appropriate account codes.
Process outgoing payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
Matching and posting of payments from debtors in system
Prepare AR/AP ageing reports
Prepare monthly bank reconciliations
Ensure billings to companies/inter-companies are done on a correct and timely basis
Manage company ledgers and assist in closing the books monthly.
Checking on staff claim and company credit card expenses
Filing of documents and update of files
Assist with audit completion and handling auditor queries during annual audit
Other duties as assigned by the departmental manager
Requirements:
Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma
Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience preferred
Positive working attitude, proactive, accurate and meticulous
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Preferable able to start work immediately/within short notice period
Salary will commensurate with experience and skillset
