About the role

Sino-trust Global Pte Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Trading Operation Executive to join our dynamic team in the Paya Lebar East Region. The ideal candidate should have experience in import & export operations or international trade. Candidates with a background in international trade, logistics, science are welcome.

Job Description:

• Maintain and develop long-term relationships with existing international clients

• Act as the key point of contact between clients and the company, ensuring smooth communication, coordination, and service delivery.

• Negotiate pricing, terms, and shipment schedules with clients and vendors.

• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure accurate and timely delivery and documentation.

• Assist in market research, competitor analysis, and identify potential trade opportunities.

• Provide regular business reports and client feedback to management.

• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or bachelor's in international Trade, Business, Science Major are preferred.

• 1-2 years of experience in import & export operations, international trading (experience in steel or commodities is a plus)

• Junior and Senior levels are both welcome (experience will determine the seniority level)

• Familiar with Incoterms and international commercial terms

• Solid knowledge of export procedures, L/C handling and shipping documentation.

• Good communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Self-motivated, and ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Willing to travel for short business trips when required
