Basic up to $3,500 + 3 Months Bonus + OT

Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 08:30 AM - 05:30 PM
Alternate Saturdays: 08:30 AM - 12:30 PM

Job Responsibilities

• Carryout maintenance, repair and overhaul work on heavy vehicles ensuring high standard of workmanship and minimize turnaround time for scheduled repairs and inspections to meet workshop’s service standards and according to job order.

• Perform complete overhauls of Automated Manual Transmissions (AMT), including disassembly, inspection, component replacement, and reassembly to manufacturer standards.

• Perform overhaul on truck air components such as air compressors, air brakes, and valves, ensuring proper functioning and compliance with safety standards.

• Able to utilize the diagnostic tools to identify issues in transmission systems and air system for accurate repairs will be an added advantage.

• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues and implement solutions in accordance with company procedures.

• Maintain detailed service records, including component testing, calibrations, and repairs.

• Compliance with company safety protocols and procedures

Job Requirements

• NITEC in Automotive Technology or relevant certification

• 3 years experience in component repair, troubleshooting and measuring (overhaul of Automated Manual Transmissions (AMT) and truck air components with a focus on Japanese models

• Preferably with Class 3 & 4 Driving License
