Overview:
The psychologist will support police operations through psychological research, training, consultations, and officer well-being initiatives. The role also involves providing crisis support, promoting resilience, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance operational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply psychology and behavioural science to support police operations.

• Conduct research and develop training to improve operational effectiveness.

• Provide crisis support and mental health check-ins for officers.

• Collaborate with stakeholders like morale sensing teams and other psychologists.

• Advise management on psychology-related matters.

• Handle additional tasks, including administrative duties, as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree in Psychology (or related field).

• Experience in psychology or behavioural sciences is a plus.

• Comfortable with statistics and using statistical software.

• Strong communication, writing, and analytical skills.

• Good teamwork and interpersonal abilities.
