Senior / Patient Service Officer (Operating Theatre) - #1096755

• To coordinate surgical bookings to ensure that OT slots are effectively optimized

• Manage call/verbal bookings from the outpatient clinics and inpatient wards for the patient's surgery schedule.

• To assist OT in patient's particulars and choice of bed, to facilitate Bed Management to maximize the utilization of patients' rooms

• To key in OT booking and billings relevant information into the system

• Compile daily OT statistics for submission to Senior Management

• Monitor, maintain and manage inventories

• Provide admin support in OT as and when required

Requirements:

• GEC 'N' or 'O' level, Professional Certificates/NITEC

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Good communication and customer service skills

• 5.5 days work week including weekends & public holidays
