Accountant / Account Executive (WIP Report, Treasury) - #1096479

We are seeking a detail-oriented Account Executive / Accountant to manage treasury operations, bank coordination, revenue recognition, Budgeting & Forecasting and Work-in-Progress (WIP) reporting. This role supports finance activities across payment processing, intercompany transactions, and project cost tracking.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and update monthly WIP schedules; track project costs, revenue, and billing status

• Collaborate with project managers and finance teams; monitor budgets vs. actuals and report variances

• Support monthly closing with accurate WIP data; maintain organized WIP records and assist audits

• Monitor loan and FX due dates; prepare and submit settlement instructions to banks

• Update daily cash book, consolidate cash needs, and request funding approvals

• Maintain treasury records for monthly and audit reporting

• Process payments for holding company and subsidiaries, including intercompany loans and trade finance

• Reconcile bank statements with accounting and treasury records

• Liaise with banks on operational matters and documentation

Job Requirement:

• Experience in treasury operations would have added advantages.

• Ability to undertake stress in meeting multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Diploma, Bachelor’s degree in accounting / finance

• 5 years of experience in accounting or finance.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws.

• Experience in WIP (Work in Progress) is Mandatory
