Job Descriptions

• Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair mobile devices;

• Quality control and testing of repaired devices to ensure full functionality.

• Resolve/manage customer inquiries;

• Ability to multi-task between repairs and customer service;

• Maintain and use repair tools and equipment.

• Provide estimates and quotes to customer

• Achieve KPI goal.

Job Requirements

• Have experience in Handphone repair

• “O” Level/ ITE Nitec/ Diploma in related field

• Minimum 1 years of working experience

• Ability to repair a variety of mobile devices

• Proficient in PC

• Committed and able to work independently

• Customer Service orientated

• Able to work as a team

• Have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

• Have a great work ethic and shows initiative

• Locations: Bedok Mall
