Location: East region
Company: A well-established company with over 15 years of experience in the Southeast Asia market, specializing in surface analysis systems such as XPS, Auger, and TOF technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle order processing, prepare quotations, manage purchase orders, and assist with stock packing.
Support warehouse operations including inventory control and periodic stock takes.
Coordinate and monitor delivery schedules with freight forwarders, suppliers, and customers.
Manage complete sets of import/export shipping documents and oversee logistics arrangements.
Maintain clear and effective communication with overseas offices.
Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Assist with ad-hoc projects and maintain an organized filing and documentation system.
Requirements:
Minimum GCE “O” Level qualification.
At least 2 years of relevant experience in administrative or business support roles.
Basic accounting knowledge is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other PC-based applications.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience or familiarity with ISO 9001 standards is an advantage.
Self-motivated, responsible, and a strong team player with the ability to multitask.
Willingness to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges.
