About the role

We are seeking an experienced Engineer, Network & Security to join our team at ES Recruitment Pte Ltd on a contract basis. Based in the Bedok East Region, this role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and security of our company's critical network infrastructure. As a key member of our Information & Communication Technology team, you will play a vital part in supporting our business objectives and delivering reliable, high-performing network services to our clients.

What we offer

Attractive Basic salary  + Standby Allowance $70 per week duty + 1 month Completion Bonus and up to 1 month Performance Bonus + Mobile $50 monthly Cap / Transport claim

-5 day work week Office hours with 24X 7 support standby on rotation

What you'll be doing

• Provides Centralize technical support (Network, Cyber and Server) for our clients 

  Key Responsibilities:
  Participate in maintenance standby duty to cover 24x7 support on rotational basis pre assigned by the team lead
  Ensure SLA Level is achieved every single fault case.
  Ensure escalation is carried out when a fault call is beyond the knowledge of L1/L2.
  Attend to daily call assignment when not in standby during office hours.
  Perform weekend or after office hours duty though not on standby if required.
  Attend to preventive maintenance not limited to hardware inventory.
  Follow up case from opening till closure.
  Update incident tickets properly and promptly.
  Get certifications required to support key customers.
  Train L1/L2 on his own competency. Example firewall/legacy products
  New assignment by Ops manager or TSM when needed

What we're looking for

• Project required CAT 1 Security clearance thus only Singapore citizen can apply in for the role

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a network engineering or network security role

• Strong working knowledge of TCP/IP, routing protocols, network security best practices and network monitoring tools, checkpoints firewall.

• Proficient in configuring and managing enterprise-level network devices and security solutions

• Hands-on experience with network troubleshooting and problem-solving

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams

• Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and techniques

• Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, JNCIA) would be an advantage
