The Life and Health Operations (LHO) department is committed to delivering affordable and comprehensive life and health insurance solutions with efficient service. As a Senior Executive, you will play a key role in supporting daily operations, ensuring service excellence, and contributing to process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:Operational Support & Team Collaboration
Assist in monitoring daily operations and supporting team performance.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of policy servicing requests.
Help track and report on team KPIs and productivity metrics.
Customer Service & Issue Resolution
Handle complex or escalated customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
Support initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
Process Improvement & Compliance
Identify and suggest improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Ensure adherence to internal guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Participate in audits and quality checks to maintain service standards.
Reporting & Analysis
Review and analyze operational reports to identify trends or issues.
Provide insights and recommendations for process optimization.
Project & System Support
Participate in system enhancement initiatives and user testing.
Support ad-hoc tasks and departmental projects as assigned.
Diploma or Degree in a relevant field.
Experience in life insurance policy servicing is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with digital tools.
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
