About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team on a 6-month contract. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy managing high-volume recruitment, we’d love to hear from you.

In this role, you will manage the end-to-end hiring process across multiple functions, with a focus on volume hiring (approximately 10–15 roles per month). You'll partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to build effective sourcing strategies and deliver a great candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles, from sourcing to onboarding.

• Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.

• Proactively source, screen, and build strong candidate pipelines.

• Coordinate and manage interview processes, feedback collection, and offer negotiation.

• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of recruitment activities and metrics.

• Maintain compliance with internal policies and fair employment practices.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum Degree in qualification with proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally in an in-house or RPO setting.

• Prior experience in volume hiring or recruiting in fast-paced environments is a strong plus.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
