We seek a meticulous and experienced Senior HR Operations Executive to support the Income Advisory Group Shared Services team. This individual contributor role manages and executes core HR operational functions, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in HR processes. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced insurance environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Operations & Administration

    • Manage the full employee lifecycle for the Income Advisory Group: onboarding, offboarding, contract administration, and employee data management.

    • Maintain and update HRIS and personnel records with high accuracy and confidentiality.

    • Generate HR reports and dashboards to support business and compliance needs.

  • Payroll & Benefits

    • Coordinate monthly payroll processing in collaboration with finance and external vendors.

    • Administer employee benefits programs, including insurance, leave, and claims.

    • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (e.g., CPF, IRAS, MOM regulations).

  • Compliance & Documentation

    • Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with local labour laws and internal governance.

    • Support internal and external audits by preparing required documentation and reports.

  • Employee Support

    • Act as a key point of contact for HR-related queries from employees within the Income Advisory Group.

    • Guide HR processes and ensure the timely resolution of employee issues.

  • Process Improvement

    • Identify and implement improvements to streamline HR operations and enhance service delivery.

    • Support HR projects such as digitalisation, policy reviews, and system enhancements.

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 4–6 years of hands-on experience in HR operations, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector.

  • Strong knowledge of HRIS systems and platforms.

  • Familiarity with Singapore employment laws and HR compliance standards.

  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
