Mon- Thurs: 8.30am-5.45pm, Fri: 8.30am – 5.15pm
West, Near MRT

We are looking for someone who is able to work with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and implement automation/analytics/AI solutions and innovations to improve NTU's business operations and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage business stakeholders to design, implement Automation/Analytics/AI solutions, including problem scoping, use case formulation, data sourcing, development, and maintenance of analytical models.
• Collaborate with teams to develop analytical models, track performance, and enhance performance. Familiarity with end-to-end processing platforms, dashboarding, and machine learning is preferred.
Support the development of in-house analytics capabilities.
• Conduct data-driven analysis to drive process improvements or draw out actionable insights, including designing and building data visualization to support management decision making, and aid learning outcomes, as well as enhancing the experience of students’ end-to-end journey in the University.
• Apply analytical techniques such as data mining, statistical analysis, machine learning and build predictive models to address business challenges; support the University’s Learning ecosystems and administrations.

Requirements:
• Minimally 3-5 years of in-depth experience in implementing end-to-end Automation,
• Experience in using data analytical and visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Python
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Mathematics, or other related disciplines.
• Polytechnic graduates with relevant experience are welcome to apply.
