We are seeking a proactive and skilled Cyber Security Analyst (CSA) with 3 to 6 years of experience to join our client's Information Security team. The CSA will play a pivotal role in safeguarding our organization's information systems by providing technical expertise in network, system, and application security. This role involves close collaboration with various teams to ensure that systems and networks are designed, developed, deployed, and managed with a strong emphasis on security and risk management controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Cloud Security Implementation: Develop and implement security solutions on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, leveraging native security services like AWS Shield, Azure DDoS Protection, or Google Cloud Armor.Amaxra+3Informa TechTarget+3Jit+3

• Security Tools Management: Utilize and manage security tools including Web Application Firewalls (WAF), Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) systems, Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solutions, and encryption technologies to protect organizational assets.

• Network Security: Apply security measures to enterprise-class technologies such as firewalls, routers, switches, wireless access points, and VPNs to ensure robust network defense.

• Identity and Access Management: Manage and secure identities and access controls, particularly within Microsoft environments, including Azure Active Directory and Office 365.

• Threat Detection and Response: Monitor and analyze security events to proactively detect threats and mitigate potential attacks before they occur.

• Security Assessments: Conduct regular security assessments and penetration tests to identify vulnerabilities and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.

• Security Awareness: Collaborate with teams to promote security best practices and ensure compliance with organizational security policies.

Technical Skills & Knowledge

• Cloud Platforms: Experience with cloud-native security services on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, including DDoS protection, WAF, and IAM.HyScaler+4Jit+4simeononsecurity+4

• Security Concepts and Tools: Proficient in certificates, DLP, WAF, SIEM, firewalls, DDoS prevention, IDS/IPS, privileged access management, encryption, SSL, VPN, IPSec, TCP/IP, DNS, and web security architecture.

• Enterprise Technologies: Technical knowledge of enterprise-class technologies such as firewalls, routers, switches, wireless access points, VPNs, and desktop and server operating systems.

• Microsoft Technologies: Thorough understanding of Microsoft’s enterprise technology platform, including Azure, Active Directory, SQL, Office 365, and the Windows server and desktop operating systems.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.

• Experience: 3 to 6 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on cloud security, network security, and identity management.

• Certifications (preferred): CompTIA Security+, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM).

• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
