Senior / Lead Identity Access Management - #1096348

Working for large banking client, is looking to fill 2 IAM Senior position. You will either be playing a team lead / senior specialist to carrying out user profile / Identity access management role for various applications and systems.

Job Responsibilities

• Team lead / Senior IAM Specialist

• Design entitlements and access packages to enable provisioning of user access

• Manage End User IDs Mover and Leaver process

• Manage End user access and permissions and how they are identified and the roles they are then assigned.

• Manage the systems, information, and other areas protected by IAM.

• Ensure the correct levels of protection and access for sensitive data, systems, information, and locations (Department levels) are permissioned.

• Add, remove and amending a role’s access rights in the IAM system.

• Identify and resolve gaps in the business processes which may include security/authorization set-up, user documentation.

• Gather and understand divisional and site business requirements for IAM (Identity and Access Management) services.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Computer Science with min. 7 years’ experience working in Information Security related areas

• In-depth knowledge of access management principles, including identity lifecycle management, role-based access control, and attribute-based access control

• Knowledgeable of common frameworks in the IAM environment

• Sound knowledge of process and procedures of Applications and Service access (Active Directory or Entra ID)

• Good interpersonal skills and ability to explain confidently and clearly to stakeholders’ aspects of controls and security

• Able to work under pressure and tight timelines

• Good attention to details
