About the role

As a CMM Technician at CHawk Technology Int'l (Singapore) Pte Ltd', you will play a crucial role in maintaining and operating the company's Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs) in our manufacturing facility located in the Woodlands North Region. This full-time position is integral to ensuring the accuracy and precision of our engineering processes.

What you'll be doing

• Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting on CMM equipment

• Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure the reliability of CMM measurements

• Train and support production staff on the proper use of CMM equipment

• Analyse measurement data and provide feedback to improve manufacturing processes

• Collaborate with the engineering team to continuously enhance the CMM capabilities

• Maintain detailed records and documentation of all CMM-related activities

• Any other task as assigned by HOD.
  

What we're looking for

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a CMM Technician in a manufacturing environment

• Strong understanding of CMM operation, programming, and metrology principles

• Proficiency in using CMM software and interpreting measurement data

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
