• Location: Tuas Checkpoint/Woodlands Checkpoint

• Working Hours: 12-hours shift (10am to 10pm)/ Mondays to Fridays

• Basic Salary: $1700 + Shift & Location Allowances + Incentives + Join-in Bonus

• Company transport provided at Boon Lay & Jurong East MRT Station (Tuas Checkpoint)

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee smooth day-to-day operations

• Accurately process payments at the assigned counter

• Provide outstanding customer service by responding to queries efficiently

• Assist with payment top-ups and carry out general administrative tasks

• Take on other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

• GCE O-Level qualification with at least 1 year of customer service experience

• Proactive, resourceful, and strong in problem-solving
