SAFRA invites suitably qualified applicants for the following position:
ASSISTANT RANGE EXECUTIVE - SAFRA Indoor Air Weapon Range
(6-Month Contract) - SAFRA Yishun
Main / Key Responsibility(ies)
1. Ensuring compliance with safety protocols within Indoor Air Weapons Range and SAFRA Shooting Club (SSC) members.
2. Conduct periodic checks on shooting range facilities and equipments such as compressor system and to ensure on its working condition.
3. Ensuring seamless business operation within business function and performing shift duties and serving members.
4. Generate revenue through weapon storage and JSP Programme
5. Ensure all administrative aspects of Junior Shooting Programe are filed and processed in a timely manner
6. Accurate and timely checks to ensure weapons are licensed and securely stored in Armory.
7. Accurate and timely check on weapons stored at National Shooting Centre (eg license, storage, payment)
8. Submit accurate reports (ammo statement).
Duties / Tasks
1. Provide customer service and enquire to members and shooters at range counter and ensuring events are properly processed to corporate cilents.
2. Conduct weekly routine checks in the shooting range facilities and to surface repairs and maintenance as and when need arises.
3. Ensure that equipment and supplies needed (e.g. target cards and pellets) are sufficient on a day to day basis.
4. Ensure that all facilities and club equipments are properly maintained so as to minimize downtime.
5. Provide good customer service and satisfaction rating. Ensure that range users and event participants adhere to all safety aspects.
6. Promote participation in programs and courses and membership increment for SAFRA Shooting Club.
7. Assist to formulate long term goals and interest of range consistent with SAFRA’s objectives.
8. Assist Range Executive and be responsible for the Business Unit’s KPI.
9. Conduct shift duties to ensure business functionality within shooting range.
10. Any other tasks, duties or responsibilities as assigned or deployed
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in any discipline
Computer knowledge with Microsoft Excel/Word Program
Prepared to work on rotating shift, weekend & public holidays
Marketing background and event organising experience.
Meticulous with administrative work.
