Facilities Associate Engineer (Operation) - #1094782

Key Job Accountabilities:

• To conduct the daily routine work and data logging to all facility equipment such as CDA, Electrical LT panel, water, equipment status for mechanical and electrical systems. 
• To ensure the completion of preventive maintenance per schedule assigned by Engineer.
• Supervise and monitor the maintenance service contractor and ensure maintenance work procedure is carried out as per scope of work.
• To assist vendor for any facility PM such as such as system switch over e.g. chiller, cooling tower, compressor, dryers etc.
• To conduct Facilities alarm monitoring plan.
• Supervise contractors work and/or help up in repair work (DIY).
• To assist Clean-room maintenance and attend to production breakdown call. 
• Participate in giving ideas on continuous improvement in improving service, energy and water conservation or facilities equipment reliability.
• Oversee all the new construction/installation of production and office expansion project and actively involved in all the design work and specification before finalisation or design freeze. 
• Lighting replacement in cleanroom and admin area.
• To conduct inspections, checks and minor repair work on all building related such as, partition work, floor tiles, sliding door, etc. 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma/Higher Nitec/ Nitec/ in Mechanical /Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Min. 2 - 3years in similar capacity and work experience field
• Experience in equipment such as Package units, chillers, AHUs, FCUs, BAS, BMS, pumps, cooling towers, etc
• Team Player
