Responsibilities:
Sort, wipe, and pack wafers and coordinate their shipment destinations.
Some MYOB exposure (training provided).
Monitor and manage incoming calls.
Track incoming shipments and coordinate with delivery personnel to dispatch goods to customers.
Prepare tax invoices, delivery orders, maintain inventory and monitor monthly sales.
Communicate with suppliers and customers via email.
Maintain office cleanliness.
Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
Singaporeans, PR's, Dependent Pass holders
Must be able to spot minor defects
Immediate hiring available.
Seeking committed and serious candidates to join our team.
Working hours:
Mondays to Fridays from 8:30am to 6:00pm
