The Product Manager reports into the Head of Business Unit, Enterprise Communications and will be responsible for shaping the vision, Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies, pricing strategies, and execution for 5G, Cellular Communications, Mobile Edge Compute products etc. The Product Manager promotes and possesses a deep understanding of the company’s products, serving as a bridge between product development, sales, and marketing teams. They provide in-depth product knowledge, assist with customer inquiries, and contribute to product improvement by gathering feedback and identifying market trends. The Product Manager will collaborate with cross-functional internal and external stakeholders to drive ANS product commercialisation outcomes.

Identifying customer needs, analyzing market trends, and providing insights on Enterprise Communication products to product development teams
Lead the development and execution of Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies targeting both regional and global markets
Provide senior leadership with clear, data-driven reports on market trends, customer demands, and emerging technologies to shape business strategy. Develop and optimize pricing strategies to achieve both profitability and strong competitive positioning.
Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of product features, functionalities, and benefits
Contributing to the refinement/ enhancement of existing products and the development of new ones
Training internal and external stakeholders on product usage and best practices
Educating sales teams on product features, helping develop sales strategies, and collaborate with marketing team to create promotional materials
Addressing customer inquiries, providing product demonstrations, and troubleshooting technical issues
Oversee certification processes and ensure adherence to industry regulations to maintain compliance
Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, sales teams, and other stakeholders
Partner with the cross functional teams to execute GTM plans that align with customer needs and business objectives
Qualities We Value
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or a related field
8+ years of experience in product management, go-to-market analysis, compliance and commercialization in 5G, Cellular Communications, Mobile Edge Compute or relevant sectors
Deep understanding of market dynamics and regulatory requirements, with in-depth knowledge of compliance and certification processes relevant to the industry
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing market conditions
Develop and implement pricing strategies and go-to-market plans
Strong communication (verbal, written/visual) and presentation skills, with experience in delivering markets, business and commercialization insights and recommendations to senior management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders
Technical aptitude and ability to explain complex concepts clearly
Working location is in Jurong East / Ang Mo Kio
