Warehouse Assistant Supervisor - #1095907

Job Detail:

• Basic Salary Up to $2800

• Working Day: Mon-Fri 8.30am to 5pm & Alternate Sat 9am to 12pm

• Location: Tuas (Transport Provided from Jurong East Bus Interchange)

• AWS + Variable Bonus + Yearly Increment 

Responsibilities:

• Supervise, motivate, and guide warehouse staff, including training new hires and resolving team conflicts.

• Oversee daily warehouse activities such as receiving, storing, picking, and shipping to meet operational targets and KPIs.

• Work closely with the Customer Service Team and service providers to plan shipments and ensure timely delivery.

• Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain proper inventory housekeeping.

• Schedule manpower effectively to meet demand and enforce adherence to workplace safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of warehouse experience, including team supervision
