Operations & Business Improvement Manager (Asia) - East, MNC - #1096690

Our client is a global MNC in the Supply Chain industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for an Operations & Business Improvement Manager - Asia to join their team , in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the East area.

Duties:

• Oversee and enhance business systems to ensure they meet the needs across all departments in Asia.

• Provide Trainings for department heads in creating standard operating procedures (SOPs) based on system functions.

• Partner with senior management to identify performance gaps and help develop projects that drive improvement.

• Support process improvement efforts by gathering and interpreting data, managing project risks, and streamlining workflows.

• Monitor compliance with internal policies and support both internal and external audits.

• Lead the delivery of technical training programs, from onboarding new staff to updating teams on system upgrades or process changes.

• Be the regional go-to person for system-related questions or issues, and ensure timely first-level support is provided.

• Work with software developers and internal experts to design, improve, and implement system solutions based on business needs.

• Ensure system design balances ease of use with functional performance.

• Encourage knowledge sharing and collaboration across teams, building a positive and solutions-focused environment.

• Strengthen team knowledge and support their development to keep up with evolving business needs.
  

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in improving business operations.

• Minimum Degree in Business and any relevant field.
