Full-time Temporary staff ( Education - Guide) - 6-month contract
To support the coordination and provision of quality education programmes, resources and services to students in Primary and Secondary levels, which aim to close student learning gaps.

Responsibilities
● Support operational and administrative matters pertaining to the successful engagement of students enrolled, including timely class assignment, fee collection, attendance tracking, issue of curriculum materials and retention in accordance with organisational and divisional governance protocols and stipulated timelines
● Support the promotion of the programme to the right target group and community partners
● Support operational and administrative matters pertaining to the deployment, effective service delivery, evaluation, retention, remuneration and professional development of tutors and auxiliary personnel deployed in the assigned centres in accordance with organisational and divisional governance protocols and stipulated timelines
● Ensure data accuracy in the Education Management System and update with current student data
● Support in managing all matters pertaining to communication and correspondence with internal and external stakeholders such as Programme officers, vendors, students and key centre personnel.
● Adherence to SOPs, Financial and Procurement guidelines
● Participate in Divisional and SINDA-wide events when required
● Any other operational and/or administrative duties assigned by Education HODs or Programme Manager, Guide
Requirements
● Minimum 2 years of working experience
● Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
● Strong written and verbal communication skills
● Strong time management skills
● Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
● Able to work with a wide variety of internal and external parties
● Able to work effectively in a team setting and independently when required
● Able to multitask between core work and secondary duties/tasks assigned and meet deadlines.
● Proficient in MS PowerPoint and MS Excel for presentations
● Able to perform basic data analysis using Excel/Power BI would be an added advantage
● Knowledge of the Singapore Education landscape is an advantage
● Able to work outdoors
● Flexible to work on weekday evenings and Saturdays
● Able to commit to work on-site for the full contract period
