Job Responsibilities:
· Process all types of paperwork required (all payments to suppliers, contractors, temp staffs etc)
· Provide administrative support to the team (e.g. any work related needs from office equipment, onboarding new staff, resignation of staff, refreshments to customer letters etc)
· Calendar and logistics management for team’s calendars and meetings
· Settlement processing for content providers including keeping track of documentation in support of payment.
Education and Experience Required:
· Minimum a Diploma in any discipline
· Minimum 2 years of administrative support experience
· Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization (both verbally and written)
· Able to perform in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure
· Proficient in MS Word / Excel / Powerpoint
