Together, We Can Make A Significant Impact

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a service engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for performing both corrective and preventive maintenance on radio communications equipment and computer systems, including troubleshooting to the component level. You will also design and develop testing systems, maintain necessary tools and test equipment, and conduct on-site maintenance when required. The candidate will also engage in failure investigations, liaise with customer and suppliers, and work independently on various tasks.

• Provide corrective and preventive maintenance on radio communications equipment and computer systems

• Perform Equipment/Module fault troubleshooting to component level　

• Responsible for tester designing and development of the system

• Maintain all the tool, test equipment, test jigs required for both the PM and CM tasks

• Perform on-site equipment maintenance on Platform Systems when required

• Participate in failure investigation and assist in generating reports

• Involved in the documentation include test plan, procedure and manual

• Able to liaise and effectively communicate with suppliers or vendors to provide quotations, invoices or shipping documentations

Qualities We Value

• 2-3 years working experience in the related field are preferred

• Familiarity with LabVIEW or C programming will be advantageous

• Possess good knowledge in RF　　

• Willingness to learn new software and explore of troubleshooting methodology

• Strong problem-solving, communication and listening skills

• Strong customer service orientation

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision

• Working location is in Ang Mo Kio
