About the role
DOLPHIN MULTI-TRADE PTE.LTD' is seeking an enthusiastic and organised Admin Assistant to join us in our Bukit Merah Central Region office. This part-time role is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in a dynamic client-facing environment.
What you'll be doing
Providing general administrative support to the Managing Director
Handling Communication With Vendors & Handling customer inquiries and maintaining Vendor/client records
Assisting with data entry, filing, and other clerical duties
Scheduling appointments and managing calender
What we're looking for
Strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work independently
Prior experience in an administrative role is preferred
