About the Role:
The Stewardship Coordinator will play a key role in managing the administration of awards and funds, ensuring accuracy in the system, and fostering relationships with both donors and award recipients. This role also involves ensuring compliance with the Rules of Administration (ROA) and coordinating with various stakeholders across the university.

Key Responsibilities:

Stewardship:

  1. Validate and update the Rules of Administration (ROA) to ensure accuracy and proper data entry into the CRM system.

  2. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to monitor fund utilization and generate corresponding reports.

  3. Manage award administration, including extracting award requirements and communicating them to school administrators.

  4. Work closely with school administrators to ensure the award process aligns with ROA guidelines.

  5. Coordinate with students/award recipients to facilitate donor engagement, in line with established processes.

Administrative Responsibilities:

  1. Track and report on the progress of award administration.

  2. Ensure the donor database is regularly updated with the latest information.

  3. Provide general administrative support in other areas as assigned by the team.

Requirements:

  1. A degree in a relevant field.

  2. Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel and MS Word.

  3. Strong analytical thinking skills with a self-motivated attitude.

  4. Excellent command of English, with proficient writing skills for developing impact reports.

  5. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, meeting tight deadlines.

  6. Demonstrates resourcefulness and flexibility in problem-solving.

  7. Competency in creative software such as Photoshop and/or Illustrator is preferred.
