About the role
We are seeking a highly experienced and customer-focused Senior/Executive, Customer Relations to join our team at Leeden National Oxygen Ltd in the Pioneer West Region. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing our customer relations, ensuring an exceptional experience for all our clients.
What you'll be doing
Developing and implementing strategies to build strong, long-lasting relationships and communications with our customers, contributing towards timely order status and providing resolutions to delivery issues
Responsible for day-to-day operations, including and not limited to tracking of delivery orders, processing of customer orders, monitor plant inventory levels, raising of
Analysing customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous enhancement of our customer experience
Collaborating cross-functionally with other departments to address customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner
Monitoring and reporting on key customer relations metrics, and using insights to inform decision-making
Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, policies and procedures related to customer service and data privacy
What we're looking for
Extensive experience in customer relations or customer service management role
Knowledge in inbound and outbound shipment arrangements is a must
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers and internal stakeholders
Outstanding problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, with a solutions-focused mindset
Strong understanding of customer service best practices and industry regulations
Diploma qualification in a relevant field, such as business, management or customer service, is highly desirable
