Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Salary: Up to $4,000/month
Experience Level: Minimum 1 year (Junior role)

About the Role:
We are an established engineering and construction company seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Internal Auditor (Risk & Compliance) to support our internal audit and risk management functions. Responsibilities:

• Assist in conducting internal audits and risk assessments across departments

• Evaluate internal controls, processes, and procedures

• Identify risks, control gaps, and provide recommendations for improvements

• Monitor compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements

• Prepare clear audit reports and present findings to management

• Work closely with various teams to improve risk and control frameworks

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field

• Minimum 1 year of experience in internal audit, compliance, or risk management

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and report writing skills

• Basic knowledge of audit methodologies and risk assessment techniques

• Good interpersonal and communication skills
