Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily delivery schedules and liaise with customers on trucking status

• Handle order processing, permit declarations, and shipping documents

• Work with internal teams (haulage, warehouse, depot) to ensure smooth operations

• Prepare reports and update PSA/TradeNet systems

• Manage document filing and scanning for records

• Support billing by checking charges and preparing receipts

• Assist with ad-hoc tasks as required.
  

Job requirements :

• At least Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred

• At least 2 years of relevant experience such as shipping or logistics is an advantage

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel & Word)

• Good communication and coordination skills
